Victor On-Sang is a litigation associate at Wolfe Pincavage. As part of the litigation practice group, Victor provides strategic, operational, and litigation support to the firm’s healthcare clientele. He tackles a wide array of complex healthcare disputes, including those involving ERISA, the ACA, state insurance laws, Medicare Advantage, and federal and state regulatory matters.
Prior to this, Victor had developed a keen eye for detail and honed his skills in managing high-stakes litigation for global corporations. His ability to navigate multifaceted legal challenges and effectively manage multiple, simultaneous disputes makes him a key asset in serving the firm’s specialized healthcare practice.
Victor graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law and received his Sociology degree summa cum laude from Florida International University. During his time in law school, Victor gained practical experience as a law clerk for Legal Services of Greater Miami and Movement Law Lab, and further honed his skills as a Fellow and Certified Legal Intern at the Health Rights Clinic.
