Raneem Shehadeh is an associate attorney at Wolfe Pincavage, where she assists the healthcare team with a wide range of healthcare regulatory matters.  In this role, she provides critical support, research, and input that ultimately helps clients address important issues affecting their operations, finances, and ability to serve patients.

Before joining Wolfe Pincavage, Raneem was a UF Health Shands Hospital Legal Extern. During her tenure, she conducted extensive research on privacy law, contractual disputes, and informed consent, ensuring hospital policies complied with state laws. She also explored public record laws, highlighting her ability to navigate complex legal landscapes in healthcare. Her skills as an attorney and commitment to advocacy were further cultivated at the State Attorney Office 17th Judicial Circuit of Florida, where she prepared trial-preparation briefs and wrote motions on significant legal issues, and as an Advocacy/Legal Intern at the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.

Raneem earned her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she demonstrated her leadership as president of the Immigration Law Association and the Middle Eastern and North African Law Student Association, which she co-founded. She graduated with a bachelor’s in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University and was actively involved in the Undergraduate Law Journal Review, Phi Alpha Delta, and the Muslim Student Association.
