Michelle Hudicourt is an associate attorney at Wolfe Pincavage in the Healthcare Business Litigation and Managed Care Litigation & Arbitration practice groups. She represents healthcare providers in all phases of the litigation process in state and federal courts as well as in arbitration. Through her thoughtful and rigorous approach, she has assisted in recouping hundreds of thousands of dollars in unpaid medical claims and business debts for the firm’s clients.
Prior to joining Wolfe Pincavage, Michelle completed prestigious internships with the U.S. Federal Government. This included with the U.S. House Committee on Oversight and Reform, investigating waste, fraud, and abuse in the federal government, and later interned at the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis, analyzing the government and corporate response to the pandemic. She has an extensive background in international affairs and political science.
Michelle holds a J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law, where she was a Dean’s Scholar. She has a bachelor’s degree in international affairs and political science from Florida State University.
