As part of Wolfe Pincavage’s revenue cycle team, Katherine Perdomo creates and coordinates custom and forward-thinking revenue cycle solutions for the firm’s clients. She stays ahead of the constantly changing healthcare sector while ensuring full compliance with existing legal and regulatory frameworks. Critical to her practice, she generates detailed reports that identify areas for improvement and monitor the financial health of clients in real-time.

Previously, her legal healthcare experience included representing clients with complex HIPAA and HITECH issues and drafting and negotiating commercial transactions and vendor agreements. She also has experience in complex civil litigation, including representing healthcare providers in federal and state court class action cases involving Medicare, Medicaid, no-fault, liability insurance, and pharmaceuticals.

Katherine earned her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law. During law school, Katherine served as a law clerk for the Agency for Health Care Administration and later the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, where she gained experience in managed care procurements and compliance with federal law.
