As part of Wolfe Pincavage’s litigation department, Jossie represents the firm’s healthcare clients in a wide range of litigation and arbitration disputes. She regularly handles both in and out-of-network disputes, from medical necessity denials to disputes of charge audits. Jossie is a skilled advocate who understands the dynamics involved in achieving favorable results for her clients in a timely and efficient manner.
An experienced litigator with a proven track record, she honed her legal acumen and analytical skills through years of taking and defending depositions of diverse individuals and groups, including corporate representatives, experts, and third parties. Jossie excels at preparing cases for trial and has expertise in conducting all phases of discovery, dispositive hearings, fee hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
Jossie earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Florida International University College of Law, where she served as a staff member of the FIU Law Review and received numerous academic honors. She also holds a Bachelor of Science from Florida International University, graduating with a 4.0 GPA.
