Gaby is an associate attorney at Wolfe Pincavage, focusing on the firm’s revenue cycle practice. She works closely with the healthcare team to resolve complex claim disputes and maximize reimbursement for the firm’s hospital and healthcare system clients.
Before joining Wolfe Pincavage, Gaby developed her expertise through various roles and internships in the healthcare sector. She served as a legal intern at a major health-tech startup, where she conducted 50-state surveys on healthcare issues and performed in-depth analyses of laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Gaby also gained significant experience in healthcare policy during her internship at the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA), the nation’s largest trade association representing leading biopharmaceutical companies. In this role, Gaby supported the policy team in assessing the impact of the Inflation Reduction Act on the pharmaceutical industry and contributed to the development of an interactive Social Determinants of Health Simulation aimed at educating lawmakers on healthcare inequities. This experience enhanced her understanding of the complex relationships among various healthcare stakeholders, including providers, patients, manufacturers, insurance providers, and pharmacy benefit managers. She now brings the knowledge and skills developed from these past experiences, and a passion for healthcare to the firm.
Gaby holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.
