Eric D’Adesky is an associate attorney at Wolfe Pincavage, where he focuses his practice on healthcare litigation and arbitration. Eric brings a sharp litigation instinct and a commitment to zealous advocacy to every matter he handles on behalf of the firm’s healthcare clients.
Prior to joining Wolfe Pincavage, Eric developed his litigation practice representing clients in complex commercial disputes, including consumer class actions, employment matters, trademark infringement, business torts, and professional liability claims. He managed all critical phases of litigation from case assessment and strategy development through discovery, dispositive motion practice, and trial preparation, securing favorable outcomes including dismissals on behalf of his clients. Eric also gained federal enforcement experience as a law clerk with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s Miami District Office, contributing to complex pattern and practice Title VII enforcement actions.
A bilingual attorney fluent in both English and Spanish, Eric is well-equipped to serve the firm’s diverse clientele. Eric earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Florida International University College of Law, where he was also recognized with three CALI Awards for achieving the highest grade in his class in three separate courses. He received his Bachelor of Science in International Affairs, with a minor in Economics, from Florida State University.
