As Senior Counsel at Wolfe Pincavage, Cristina Rodriguez represents clients in a wide range of business disputes. Cristina employs a solution-oriented approach that strengthens the firm’s dispute resolution capabilities, securing favorable judicial and arbitral decisions and advantageous settlements within the healthcare industry and other sectors. She supervises one of the firm’s litigation teams and has successfully pursued claims against commercial payors and defended healthcare practitioners and providers in RICO and TCPA cases as well as breach of contract, equitable, and statutory claims in state and federal courts and in arbitrations.
Concurrently, Cristina has developed a robust practice counseling non-profits and providing pro-bono legal assistance by partnering with organizations like Immigration Equality, the nation’s largest LGBTQ immigrant rights organization. She is a Director and Vice President of the non-profit corporation Yes Sister Friend!, assisting with the development of curriculum for educational leadership programs and fundraising for all who identify as female, femme, girl and/or a young womxn.
Prior to Wolfe Pincavage, Cristina practiced law at a large global law firm where she developed her passion for litigation and arbitration.
Additionally, Cristina is fully bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish. She is well-versed in the civil law norms and customs of various Latin American countries and an advocate for the advancement of women and inclusion in the field of international arbitration. She often serves as a mediator in a variety of litigation and arbitration proceedings.
Cristina attended the University of Florida, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in history and business. She went on to obtain her J.D., with honors, from the University’s Fredric G. Levin College of Law.
