Briana Vergara is an associate attorney in the firm’s revenue cycle practice, where she assists healthcare providers in obtaining reimbursement for services rendered and enhancing their revenue flow. She is a member of the claims processing team and utilizes Wolfe Pincavage’s specialized technology for claim analysis.
Prior to joining the firm, Briana interned at the University of Miami Health Rights Clinic, where she represented low-income clients with disabilities in immigration and Social Security matters. In this role, she conducted legal research and developed tailored strategies for each client, successfully winning cases in both immigration and Social Security Disability.
Briana earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Liberal Arts from Florida International University, and she holds a Juris Doctor degree with a concentration in Health Law from the University of Miami School of Law.
