Becky Greenfield is a partner at Wolfe Pincavage. She is a leading healthcare attorney and skilled negotiator specializing in a wide range of complex managed care and revenue cycle matters. Her practice focuses exclusively on the representation of hospitals and health systems. In addition, Becky works closely with provider clients on operational matters and proactively advises on managed care strategies that improve revenue cycle performance. Becky also acts as outside in-house counsel for behavioral health and other healthcare providers and assists clients on various regulatory and transactional matters.

Since joining Wolfe Pincavage in 2017, Becky has counseled healthcare systems on the full spectrum of provider-payer disputes.  She is staunch in her pursuit of swift resolutions, skillfully averting litigation and arbitration when possible.

Becky frequently speaks at conferences related to managed care and the revenue cycle and has authored numerous articles on healthcare topics. She is often called upon by news outlets for her expert take and has appeared in HealthLeaders, Modern Healthcare, Healthcare Finance News, Healthcare Dive, and Rev Cycle Intelligence. She has been named a “Florida Rising Star” by Super Lawyer from 2020-2023 and recognized by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as a “40 Under 40 Outstanding Lawyer of South Florida.” Additionally, she has garnered numerous achievements from the Healthcare Financial Management Association, where she is an active board member.

Becky graduated with a J.D./M.P.H. dual degree from the University of Miami School of Law and School of Medicine, where she was ranked in the top 3% of her class and recognized with the Innovative Public Service Award for her dedication to service. She earned a bachelor’s degree in management and economics, magna cum laude, also from the University of Miami.
