Beatriz Suzuki

Associate Attorney

As part of Wolfe Pincavage’s litigation department, Beatriz represents hospitals, healthcare systems, and medical groups in litigation involving managed care, high-dollar claim disputes, and regulatory issues.  With a proven track record of helping clients with complex healthcare disputes, Beatriz offers forward-thinking solutions for recovery of denied and underpaid claims.

Prior to joining Wolfe Pincavage, Beatriz practiced at a Florida-based healthcare law firm where she represented providers in out-of-network recovery lawsuits. In addition, Beatriz was an assistant district attorney in New York City, where she gained valuable trial experience and handled a high-volume caseload of special victims and animal cruelty cases. During pandemic years, she led highly politicized cases involving the decriminalization of cannabis and COVID-19 regulations.

Beatriz earned her Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law with several honors, including the Bohler Award and Dean’s Academic Merit Scholarship. She served on the Student Bar Association as executive treasurer and was the director and school chapter president of the National Asian Pacific American Law Student Association Southern Region. She also holds a Bachelor of Science from Florida International University, graduating with honors, and is fluent in English, Portuguese, French, and Spanish.
